Bringing Your Dog?
We know a day on the lake can be even better with your four-legged family member along for the adventure.
Dogs are permitted at the owner’s risk.
A $50 flat pet fee per dog will be added to your rental.
Additional cleaning fees of $65 per hour will apply for excessive sand, pet hair, stains or other pet-related cleaning.
Additional charges will also apply for:
- Rips, tears or punctures in upholstery
- Damage to UltraDeck flooring
- Deep scratches or gouges caused by pet nails
- Other pet-related damage to the boat or equipment
Pet owners are responsible for any additional cleaning or damage caused by their dog during the rental period.
Do I Need a Boating Licence to Rent a Boat?
You do not need to already have a Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC), commonly known as a boating licence, to rent a boat in British Columbia.
If you do not have a boating licence, you must complete and sign a Rental Boat Safety Checklist with us before taking the boat out.
The completed checklist serves as temporary proof of competency for the duration of your rental.
